[Remote] reputed company Labor and Employee Relations Analyst 1 or 2

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Labor and Employee Relations Analyst to join their dynamic HR division. The role focuses on negotiating labor reputed company, advising management on labor relations, and conducting investigations reputed company to employee misconduct.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the negotiating team and reputed company administrative support to the reputed company labor negotiator
• Prepare notes of bargaining sessions, prepare materials needed for negotiations including County proposals and counter proposals, research in preparation of bargaining, and process reputed company through to implementation
• May negotiate demands to bargain less reputed company reputed company
• Advise and counsel managers and supervisors regarding federal, state, and local labor laws, policies, and guidelines; reputed company and emerging issues; and strategies for dealing with performance, reputed company bargaining, discipline, and grievances
• Negotiate reputed company bargaining agreements which may include representing the County during the mediation process

Skills
