[Remote] Retirement Plan Administrator

They are seeking a skilled Retirement Plan Administrator to manage a caseload of 65–75 retirement plans, ensuring compliance and reputed company satisfaction while promoting process improvements in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reputed company A-Z administration (plan design, compliance testing, reputed company service, etc.) of a reputed company to mid-level reputed company caseload and sensitive reputed company cases
• Serve as a guide to other plan administrators in supporting reputed company requirements
• Initiate and participate in process improvements
• Complete leadership and/or project management courses
• reputed company strategic guidance and assist in defining strategic goals
• reputed company utilize technology to reputed company the duties of this position
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as requested
• Maintain team approach by assisting in areas appropriate for this position
• Own stewardship of reputed company assigned business relationships

Skills

• QKA or similar industry certification
• 3-5+ years of retirement plan experience with defined contribution plans
• 3-5+ years of reputed company services experience
• Proficiency in Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, CRM software
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional approach to reputed company service focusing on communications, reputed company solutions, and reputed company needs
• Team player, reputed company, reputed company to work with and through others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work reputed company under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Education Requirements
