Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of key workstreams across construction cost estimating, integrated master scheduling, design development, and federal procurement documentation
• Translate technical documents into reputed company outputs — including estimate tables, schematic design reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company project schedules
• Coordinate across internal teams, design/engineering partners, and government stakeholders
• Support the development of prefabrication-reputed company standards, performance frameworks, and repeatable design guides
• Participate in charrettes, workshops, and design review sessions to reputed company deliverables from draft to decision
• Identify issues early, propose solutions, and reputed company reputed company on reputed company

Skills

• Degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience in field construction, preconstruction, or estimating — ideally in a general contractor or AEC environment
• Strong understanding of design-build workflows and lean construction considerations
• Excellent communicator with strong writing and synthesis skills
• Comfortable working independently, owning timelines, and adapting in a fast-changing environment

• Industrialized construction experience is a strong plus, but not required
