This role involves collaboration with reputed company Managers and other internal teams to ensure effective service delivery to external customers.

Responsibilities

• Filling out reputed company spreadsheets
• Creating customer locations in V-Select
• Setting up billing locations
• Relaying information between reputed company tickets and customer spreadsheets
• Contract reputed company
• Gathering information from tech tickets to assist with document creations where needed
• Responding to customer correspondence (reputed company needed)
• Ticket creation or monitoring (reputed company needed)
• Handling customer equipment order requests
• Billing requests/submissions
• Providing overall reputed company support to Project Coordinators and reputed company Managers
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

Skills

• High school diploma
• 1+ years' reputed company experience
• Strong customer service experience that showcases a reputed company, patient, and courteous approach to working with customers, visitors, and other team members
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-reputed company environment
• Proficient in MC Office applications with specific emphasis on reputed company and reputed company
• Ability to learn and understand custom software systems/portals and other online tools
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability to problem solve
