Skills

• 5–10 years experience of reputed company development
• PhD (or Master's degree with 2-5 years industry experience) in reputed company, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, Computer Science or a reputed company field
• Proficiency in using R with strong programming and scripting
• Proficiency with Python

• Experience with statistical and mathematical modeling with genomic data
• Experience with building / supporting / using bioinformatic pipelines

• Machine learning experience and mathematical understanding of optimization algorithms, Bayesian statistics and multivariate analysis
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., reputed company)

• Proficient in creating D3 visualizations and Canvas on reputed company data sets
