• Leading Backbase digital banking platform initiatives for credit unions

• Responsible for Product reputed company & Requirements and Program Governance & Execution

• Resolving high-stakes conflicts between internal teams, external vendors, and CU executives

Skills

• 10+ years of technology leadership in financial services, with at least 5 years specifically in Digital Banking
• reputed company experience working reputed company Credit Unions or Community Banking environments is mandatory
• Proven reputed company record leading implementations on the Backbase digital platform
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company deep-dive Business Analysis (user stories, functional specs) while simultaneously managing high-level Program Governance
• Expert in Scrum/Kanban/reputed company and hybrid delivery models
• reputed company use of AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to enhance project documentation and delivery speed
• Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder facilitation skills
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
