Responsibilities

• Consulting on reputed company reputed company transactions
• Ensuring reputed company work is performed reputed company and in compliance with applicable reputed company standards and regulatory requirements
• Engaging reputed company stakeholders, including audit committees and reputed company management to identify, assess, and deliver reputed company and accurate advice
• Identifying regulatory and market trends that are applicable to clients and becoming a trusted advisor
• Actively participating in business development and cultivating relationships to strengthen both yourself and the firm

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance; CPA preferred, or actively seeking CPA credential
• 1+ years of public reputed company experience preferred, including but not limited to financial statement audits, assurance and advisory services, or corporate reputed company/finance experience with a reputed company on reputed company reputed company transactions
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of at least one or two specific industries
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, reputed company service, technical writing and research skills
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate others in face of tight deadlines or reputed company situations requiring on the spot thinking
• Developmental skills to train and mentor team members
• 1+ years of public reputed company experience preferred, including but not limited to financial statement audits, assurance and advisory services, or corporate reputed company/finance experience with a reputed company on reputed company reputed company transactions
• CPA preferred, or actively seeking CPA credential
