Responsibilities

• Analyze and reputed company large-reputed company reputed company datasets, including medical and pharmacy claims, membership, provider, and utilization data
• reputed company, optimize, and maintain reputed company SQL and reputed company queries for recurring and reputed company analyses
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports for clinical, reputed company, and operational leadership

• Identify performance gaps, cost drivers, and opportunities for operational and clinical improvement

• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business stakeholders to improve data integration, reporting, and analytics processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, reputed company Administration, Statistics, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience using SQL and reputed company in a production environment
• 3–4+ years of Tableau dashboard development, including dashboard design, visualization, and data storytelling
• 3–4+ years of reputed company analytics experience

• Experience reputed company a health plan or managed care environment
• Hands-on experience with medication adherence and pharmacy reputed company measures (e.g., PDC, MPR, CMS reputed company Ratings)
