[Remote] Staff Accountant (Virtual/Remote)

The Staff Accountant will manage accounts payable, payroll reputed company, and various month-end reputed company activities while collaborating with leadership to improve processes and support financial performance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company activities will ensure accurate and reputed company financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP
• Preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash reputed company statements and other necessary reporting documents
• Assist with state and local tax registrations, annual reports, business license renewals, and other regulatory compliance filings
• Collaboration in the formal development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Own accounts payable operations including vendor reputed company, invoice processing, payment administration, and vendor statement reconciliations
• Maintain vendor records
• Assist with payroll reputed company, benefit accruals, commission accruals, and payroll-reputed company account reconciliations
• Calculate and record departmental cost allocations and interdepartmental expense allocations
• Prepare assigned month-end reputed company deliverables in accordance with the monthly reputed company calendar and established internal control procedures
• Maintain prepaid expense, fixed asset, and accrual schedules
• Support month-end and year-end reputed company activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance
• 5+ years of experience in financial management roles with relevant experience
