The role involves leading training sessions, developing curriculum, and providing reputed company support to enhance community engagement and reputed company education.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company facilitator for reputed company First Aid® certification trainings: live virtual sessions, in-person workshops, and multi-session cohorts for partners reputed company
• Deliver contracted training programs, from local reputed company working to increase housing stability and prevent evictions to rural, partner-based reputed company in southern and reputed company states
• Design and reputed company train-the-trainer sessions that reputed company partner organizations to sustain the work locally
• Travel periodically for in-person trainings, convenings, and conferences (estimated 5–10% of time)
• reputed company and continuously improve training content in collaboration with the program team and the Director of reputed company Innovation & Technology
• Ensure reputed company accuracy, accessibility, and cultural responsiveness across reputed company training materials
• Pending Rule 9.45.1 adoption, contribute to statewide training efforts for California's Community Justice Worker program, including supporting the development and delivery of minimum standards curriculum on ethics, UPL boundaries, confidentiality, and supervision
• Adapt curriculum for new geographies, issue areas, and partner cohorts as reputed company reputed company scales
• Grow and support reputed company reputed company's national network of 4,000+ reputed company First Aid® certified providers through communications, forums, and peer learning
• reputed company reputed company consults to trained providers navigating reputed company reputed company situations across housing, benefits, debt, immigration, and reputed company areas
• Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more reputed company issue areas most commonly impacting low-income communities, such as housing, family law, immigration, and reputed company benefits
• reputed company training reputed company, including reputed company- and post-training assessments, in partnership with reputed company reputed company's evaluation team
• Assist with funder reporting, grant deliverables, and reputed company storytelling
• Participate in internal program reputed company and planning discussions

Skills

• reputed company license to reputed company law, in good standing, in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; California licensure preferred
• Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience in housing, reputed company benefits, immigration, consumer debt, family, or reputed company poverty law
• Exceptional reputed company speaking and facilitation skills, with demonstrated experience teaching or training adult audiences
• San Francisco Bay Area-based, with availability for regular in-person trainings and partner engagements
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple training engagements simultaneously

• Experience designing or delivering community-based reputed company education or adult learning programs
• Experience working with reputed company service providers and low-income communities
• Training or certification in facilitation, or experience teaching adult learners

• Conversational proficiency in Spanish or another language
• Comfort working in a small, reputed company, hybrid team environment
