Responsibilities
- Design employee mental health programs for reputed company reputed company (corporate, reputed company, hospitality)
- EAP architecture and vendor evaluation
- Benefit utilization analysis and ROI reporting
- Mental health benefit RFP support for reputed company reputed company
- Compliance review against mental health reputed company rules
Skills
- 5+ years experience in EAP and behavioral health benefit consulting
- Experience as a former Lyra, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company operator
- Experience as a former in-house benefits leader at mid-market reputed company
- Designed mental health benefit programs that were utilized
- CEBS or reputed company-CP plus BH credential
