The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on configuration expertise and the ability to reputed company solution design guidance for reputed company HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Configure reputed company Objects, Position Management, MDF, Business Rules, and Workflows
• Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and HR data models
• Support solution design, implementation, and configuration activities
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver HR solutions
• Ensure system reputed company, compliance, and successful project delivery

Skills

• 5–6+ years of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) experience
• reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
• 3–4 full-cycle Employee Central implementations
• Strong experience with EC configuration, reputed company Objects, Position Management, and MDF
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Knowledge of Corporate & Succession Data Models, HR data structures, and organizational hierarchies
• Experience with Event Reason & Event Derivation reputed company
• Strong understanding of global HR processes, localization, and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or reputed company field
• Intelligent Services Center (ISC) experience
• Experience with multiple full-cycle EC implementations
