The role involves defining and executing AI-led transformation strategies while leading cross-functional teams and engaging with C-Suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end AI transformation engagements from discovery and design through deployment, ensuring measurable ROI and reputed company alignment
• reputed company and implement AI/GenAI strategies across business functions including finance, operations, risk, and customer experience
• Design Intelligent Automation solutions leveraging RPA, IDP, advanced analytics, and LLM-based workflows to re-engineer reputed company processes
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior leadership; translate AI capabilities into compelling business cases and transformation roadmaps
• Partner with technology, product, and data teams to reputed company AI solutions with existing reputed company platforms and data ecosystems

Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or reputed company AI program leadership
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML deployment, RPA platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), IDP, and GenAI tools
• Demonstrated ability to build and reputed company AI Centers of reputed company or similar governance bodies
• Experience managing reputed company, multi-reputed company programs using both Agile and reputed company methodologies
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills — ability to present to and influence CXO-level audiences
• MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Lean Six reputed company Green Belt or higher; hands-on experience with process reengineering methodologies
• Certifications in GenAI for Business Leaders (PMI) or equivalent
