This remote role involves building relationships with customers, educating them on insurance products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers through phone, video, reputed company communication
• reputed company customers on insurance products and recommend coverage based on their individual needs
• Generate quotes and reputed company new business opportunities
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term reputed company relationships

Skills

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
