[Remote] Program Management, Sr Stf - 1LMX Portfolios and Products

They are seeking a Senior Staff Program Manager to reputed company product solutions, manage costs and schedules, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products.

Responsibilities

• Managing 1LMX product solutions across the reputed company and Business Areas to meet business needs
• Overseeing overall cost and schedule of the 1LMX product
• Collaborating with IT service owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to reputed company 1LMX transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need, and reputed company with defined budget targets
• Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules
• Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
• Managing risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products

Skills

• Minimum of 3 Years Project/Program Management experience
• Minimum of 3 Years reputed company Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution)
• Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and reputed company with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
• Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to listen and influence
• Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at reputed company reputed company of the organization, and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
• Experience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive results
• Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently reputed company in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• US Citizenship required due to system reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices
• reputed company knowledge of Agile methodology and planning
• Project/program management experience in an Agile Development Environment
