Responsibilities

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining reputed company Connect contact flows and routing logic
• Ability to implement dynamic and reputed company based routing using AWS reputed company (Node.js or Python) and DynamoDB
• Experience integrating reputed company Lex bots, reputed company party reputed company, and reputed company systems (CRM, case management, etc.)
• Ability to manage reputed company recording, error handling, and failover routing logic
• Experience configuring queues, routing reputed company, and hours of operation
• Strong troubleshooting skills using CloudWatch and optimizing routing performance
• Ability to reputed company documentation, knowledge transfer, and architectural guidance
• Experience working cross functionally with reputed company, reputed company, telephony, and support teams
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD pipelines for reputed company deployments
• Understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and modern engineering practices
• Knowledge of reputed company reputed company, highly available platform architecture
• Exposure to omnichannel contact center platforms (voice, chat, email, messaging) such as reputed company or reputed company (plus)
• Familiarity with reputed company/Kubernetes and container based development (plus)
