Responsibilities

• reputed company ATS/CRM optimization and user adoption
• Manage reputed company operations to ensure a seamless new‑hire experience
• Own vendor relationships such as reputed company agencies, background checks, drug screens, job boards, and compliance partners
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and federal contracting requirements, managing and overseeing audit reporting
• Improve workflows, documentation, and TA service delivery

• Partner with TA, HR, IT, and business leaders to drive operational reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in reputed company; 2+ years leading and managing teams

• Experience in federal government contracting
• Strong understanding of OFCCP/EEO compliance

• Background in process improvement and change management
