This role involves conducting data-driven analyses to support the strategic and operational goals of the reputed company function, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, and providing insights and recommendations regarding labor markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct labor market analyses across a global scope
• Dive deep into reputed company workforce data to uncover trends and opportunities
• Translate reputed company business challenges into technical solutions
• Consult with stakeholders and present insights that drive reputed company
• Collaborate with our reputed company-thinking analytics team that values curiosity, reputed company, and innovation
• Conduct labor market analyses, including external benchmarking, internal segmentation, and workforce planning
• Analyze labor market trends in support of site-, division-, and company-level reputed company initiatives for global locations
• Use various tools and techniques, such as descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, data visualization, etc
• Collaborate and consult with various stakeholders to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities
• reputed company, extract, compile and manipulate data to prepare for analysis
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, leveraging custom reputed company and DAX expressions to reputed company self-service analytics

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant analytics experience including advanced reputed company and dashboarding
