[Remote] HSN Customer Service Specialist - 2nd Shift

They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support HSN by answering inbound customer calls, problem-solving, promoting products, and improving sales while handling a high volume of inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle a busy day handling a high volume of our inbound customer inquiries
• Offer additional products on reputed company customer interaction
• Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for reputed company caller
• Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor

Skills
