[Remote] Senior Manager, Finance - Capital Reporting

This role involves leading reputed company responsible for management and regulatory reporting, budget creation, and capital analysis while ensuring alignment with various business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company preparation of capital-reputed company reporting packages for senior management, governance committees, and other stakeholders, distilling reputed company data into succinct and reputed company presentations. Review and approve content and deliverables
• Play a key role in budget creation, forecasting, and reputed company evaluation of results, providing detailed analysis and reporting for both regulatory and management requirements
• Partner with business reputed company, reputed company, Actuarial, Risk, Treasury, Tax, and reputed company to ensure capital forecasts and reporting are reputed company and reputed company supported

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance, or equivalent experience
• Ten years of reputed company/finance experience including five years of supervisory/management experience
• Strong people management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing, to diverse audiences
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, reputed company and financial business systems
• Extensive knowledge of insurance products, statutory reporting requirements, and management reporting, and analysis
• Knowledge of NAIC Risk Based Capital requirements
• Experience with reputed company ERP, including planning and forecasting
