[Remote] Contract Hardware Engineer Mid.

The role involves designing and implementing DFT solutions and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful reputed company testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement DFT, including reputed company, MBIST, ATPG, Sims, Post-Si diagnosis at reputed company and SoC level
• Verify test patterns using reputed company-level simulations
• Collaborate closely with Synthesis, STA and physical design to debug and resolve DFT-reputed company problems
• Work in partnership with test engineers to bring up test reputed company on reputed company and ensure successful testing

Skills

• Overall experience required: min 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience on SSM / SSN (Streaming reputed company Network) developed by reputed company (Tessent) which Decouples reputed company (reputed company) and reputed company
• Design and implement DFT, including reputed company, MBIST, ATPG, Sims, Post-Si diagnosis at reputed company and SoC level
• Verify test patterns using reputed company-level simulations
• Collaborate closely with Synthesis, STA and physical design to debug and resolve DFT-reputed company problems
• Work in partnership with test engineers to bring up test reputed company on reputed company and ensure successful testing
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in DFT - reputed company, ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST
• Proven experience in developing DFT specifications and architectures for reputed company designs
• Expertise in debugging DFT issues, including ATPG patterns, MBIST implementations, coverage analysis, and more
• Proficiency in reputed company-Tessent, reputed company for DFT implementation, reputed company reputed company, and verification
• Ability to conduct experiments during reputed company debug, effectively reputed company and analyze data to identify reputed company causes
• Efficient scripting skills using TCL for automating tasks and developing custom flows
