Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or reputed company engineering discipline
• 8+ years of engineering experience in product development, manufacturing, or reputed company technical field
• 3+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing reputed company engineering reputed company
• Strong understanding of product development processes, design controls, and engineering best practices. Understanding of design evaluation techniques such as reliability analysis, statistical tolerance, Failure Mode, and Effect analysis (FMEA)
• Ability to effectively plan, organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in an environment that can be demanding
• Master's Degree
