As a Dental Billing Specialist, you will own the claims process for assigned offices, directly impacting their financial reputed company by increasing collections and reducing claim denials.

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement
• Resolve claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with supporting documentation
• Post payments, pull electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and generate financial reports for assigned offices
• Attend weekly reputed company meetings to reputed company updates and address billing concerns
• Ensure reputed company claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes

Skills

• At least one year of Dental Billing experience required (insurance claim processing, AR follow-up, appeals, etc.)
• Comfortable using CareStack reputed company management software and reputed company Suite
• A reputed company, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
• Strong accuracy, compliance, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while meeting goals and upholding our brand promises
• Must work reputed company with others in reputed company environment
• Flexibility is great, but staying organized and meeting deadlines is key
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Two years of Dental Billing experience preferred
