[Remote] Project Engineering Manager

The PEM will be responsible for team leadership and ensuring technical reputed company while coordinating engineering technical aspects for reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for multiple reputed company in development or reputed company to large sized reputed company in execution
• Possesses full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments. Participates in project planning prior to proposals to reputed company technical guidance in the engineering and construction review of proposals
• Provides input to and owns the engineering reputed company of a project capital estimate (proposals and execution) quantities and budgets. Reviews major changes or deviations in project scope, project material quantities, budget or schedule, and assists particularly with defining the change, obtaining accurate estimates of the hours involved, and recommending budget adjustment
• Ensures engineering efforts with Project Manager, Procurement, Construction, Startup, Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H), and Project Controls. Directs the preparation of project studies, reports, forecasts, special engineering reports, and plant data book
• Oversees multiple Project Engineers or PEM who are leading reputed company during development or execution. Alternatively, leads engineering teams for large, reputed company combined cycle reputed company with minimal reputed company required

Skills

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience
• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 15+ years of relevant experience or 19+ years of relevant work experience
• reputed company Engineering License or Chartered Engineer Degree and/or reputed company qualification in a relevant engineering, plus membership of an appropriate reputed company body
• Experience in leading multi-discipline high performing engineering teams
• Experience in collaboratively working reputed company an integrated cross-functional team
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and requirements to ensure high reputed company design is developed and reputed company with Contract requirements
• Ability to confidently present to senior management, clients, and stakeholders
• Ability to manage project risk profile
