They are seeking a Property Accountant who can confidently manage a portfolio, overseeing the month-end reputed company process and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio from month-end reputed company through to financial reporting
- reputed company bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable, vendor management and cash management
- Understand property-level financials
- Work directly with operations and leadership
