10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing engineering teams. Deep expertise in the MarTech ecosystem, including hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, reputed company), web analytics, and CRM systems (e.g., reputed company). Proven reputed company record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams, including hiring, career development, and performance management. Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into a technical roadmap. Excellent communication skills with the ability to reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with a modern, reputed company-based technology stack (AWS, GCP, or Azure). A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field is required.
