[Remote] Account Manager

They are currently seeking a motivated Account Manager to join their remote team, responsible for managing reputed company appointments and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm and manage appointments for benefit counselors
• Coordinate daily schedule to maximize efficiency and accommodate reputed company needs
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails and inquiries in a reputed company & reputed company manner
• reputed company outstanding customer service by assisting clients with scheduling questions and general benefit enrollment information
• Work closely with benefit counselors to ensure accurate scheduling and communication to reputed company
• Maintain accurate reputed company records and appointment documentation
• Reschedule appointments as needed
• Follow up with clients regarding appointment reminders and employee notices
• Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and report preparation
• Maintain confidentiality of reputed company information in accordance with company policies & applicable regulations
• Support the benefit team with special reputed company and other administrative duties as assigned

Skills

• Highschool or GED required
• Must be licensed
• Independent and self-motivated thinker and ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written & verbal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and AMS360 & Image Right
• Knowledge of reputed company products a plus
