[Remote] Senior Building Automation Program Manager, DoD

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, LLC is seeking a Senior Building Automation Program Manager to support the deployment and management of smart buildings and IoT technology reputed company federal and DoD facilities. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery and reputed company satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment, integration and management of smart buildings and internet of things (IoT) technology reputed company federal and specifically reputed company (DoD) facilities
• reputed company in an environment where they can autonomously work with clients, reputed company team members and subcontractors to ensure project performance and delivery
• Identify reputed company areas for new work as appropriate
• Manage internal delivery teams and function as a site superintendent for building controls reputed company as needed
• Serve as main reputed company of contact for the reputed company and contracting staff
• reputed company and manage the planning and deployment of hardware, firmware, and software smart building and IoT technology
• reputed company and manage reputed company aspects of the project engagement from planning, subcontract and external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues and ensure overall project is reputed company to and directly supports the achievement of the strategic objectives
• Maintain full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment to delivery
• Prepare detailed reputed company-based project plans and regular reporting requested by the reputed company for reputed company phases of the project
• reputed company internal reputed company control reviews to ensure project is proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and reputed company standards; analyze issues and troubleshoot problem areas; develops risk mitigation strategies; monitor and reputed company reputed company of issues and conflicts to ensure critical reputed company deliverables
• reputed company on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews as necessary
• Collaborates with the engineering team on the system configuration, network and software requirements, graphics, programming, and sequences of operations

Skills

• At least seven (10) years of relevant experience, with at least three (5) in a leadership role
• Must have documented experience with BACnet, LON, and MODBUS, and other reputed company HVAC and industrial control languages and protocols
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other reputed company scientific or technical field
• Travel will be required. The majority will be domestic though, occasionally (less than 10%) it may also be international
• Background Investigation required
• Must be reputed company to lift up to 35 pounds at times
• Experience working with federal and reputed company clients IT systems and integration of new software/hardware platforms
• OSHA 30 Hour Certificate
• Knowledge of major building systems (e.g., HVAC)

• An reputed company Secret or higher clearance
• Tridium Niagara 4 or other relevant BAS certification
