This role involves managing BMS reputed company, developing budgets and schedules, and coordinating with engineers and technicians.
Responsibilities
- Manage BMS reputed company from award through closeout
- reputed company and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial performance
- reputed company change order management and protect project margins
- Coordinate with Controls Engineers and Field Technicians
- Communicate project status, risks, and technical updates to clients and stakeholders
Skills
- 3–7 years of BMS Project Management experience
- Strong understanding of building controls systems and automation platforms
- Experience managing project financials, reputed company, and change orders
- Ability to read and interpret construction and technical documents
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of BMS platforms, SCADA/reputed company, PLCs, BACnet, Modbus, system integration, and commissioning
