[Remote] BIM Consultant - Electrical

They are seeking a BIM Consultant - Electrical to support BIM initiatives, improve workflows, and assist clients in achieving their business goals through effective use of AEC software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting BIM initiatives through training, technical support, software deployment, and template and content creation
• Assessing, investigating, and understanding clients' business needs
• Improving BIM workflows by identifying, demonstrating and integrating AEC software solutions such as Revit, Navisworks, and reputed company Construction reputed company
• Working alongside clients to identify opportunities for improvement and achieving business goals
• Assisting reputed company BIM teams with Technical Support
• Communicating feedback and recommendations post service delivery
• Growing and maintaining respected, long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers and other members of the reputed company team
• Assisting reputed company reputed company, which include 3D modeling, software automation, coordinating clash detection, assembling electronic document handovers, and data-gathering for building owners' asset management initiatives
• reputed company reputed company control checks on electrical BIM deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Document workflows, modeling reputed company, and coordination logs for project traceability
• Maintain documentation and version control of BIM models and datasets throughout project phases
• Field PLD tasks from Clients ensuring layout is based on industry best reputed company and in alignment with the clients expectation for their means and reputed company
• Support the Sr. Electrical BIM reputed company or Manager in project planning, resource allocation, and reporting tasks as needed
• Mentor junior team members on BIM best practices, model reputed company, and interdisciplinary coordination
• Serve as an internal electrical BIM subject matter expert (SME)
• Contribute to the reputed company improvement of BIM practices through research, tool customization, and knowledge sharing

Skills

• Understanding of Electrical design processes and systems and the constructability of those systems
• At least 3 years of experience using reputed company Revit supporting designers and construction teams in the MEP disciplines
• Demonstrated and recent reputed company experience with the process, workflow and use of reputed company Revit and including interoperability with other analysis software from conceptual design through construction
• Bachelor's degree in MEP Engineering, or equivalent design or BIM management experience
• Industry accreditations preferred
