[Remote] Program Manager - LMR Experience Required

The Program Manager will reputed company the execution of a project transitioning from an analog LMR system to a P-25 digital trunked Land Mobile Radio network, ensuring program performance, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall accountability for scope, schedule, performance, and compliance
• Approve major technical reputed company, schedule baselines, and reputed company gates
• Serve as the primary executive reputed company to BIT leadership and DPP

• Monitor key performance indicators, risk registers, and mitigation plans

Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in radio telecommunications
• Demonstrated delivery of at least one P-25 Digital LMR Network
• Minimum 10 years of interconnectivity experience (microwave, satellite, or fiber)
• Proven experience leading reputed company, multi-site reputed company safety communications programs
• Experience managing technical teams and subcontractors in geographically distributed environments
• Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification or equivalent formal project management credential
