They are seeking a Manager of Project reputed company to reputed company financial records for reputed company construction reputed company, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting while modernizing processes reputed company the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of WIP reporting + POC reputed company (ASC 606, cost-to-cost)
• Financial health of a live project portfolio (margin, billing, risk visibility)
• Partnership with Project Managers & field teams to ensure accurate forecasting
• Billing lifecycle (AIA - G702/G703, T&M, change orders, AR tracking)
• Audit leadership + surety/bonding support
• Process improvement across systems, workflows, and controls

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• 7–12+ years project reputed company in construction, mechanical, or specialty trades in contracting
• Deep experience with: POC reputed company + WIP schedules, Job cost / cost coding discipline, AIA billing + subcontract management
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g. reputed company 300 CRE, Viewpoint reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar); experience with reputed company ERP is strongly preferred
• Advanced reputed company reputed company + financial modeling capability
