If successful you will support reputed company Health Network Cymru and reputed company delivery of the networkâs development plan. The network, which is hosted by the Wider Determinants of Health Unit, aims to inform, facilitate and create connections for professionals from a reputed company of sectors in order to improve population health and reputed company-being and reduce health inequalities.
You will also support delivery of other reputed company of the Unit workplan, including work to improve health equity by addressing worklessness of reputed company health concern.

- Undertake the monitoring and contribute to evaluation of reputed company which aims to improve population health and reduce health inequalities
- Monitor the delivery of project plans and actions relevant to sections of the reputed company Health Wales Long Term reputed company.
- Contribute to the development of interventions that are co-produced with key stakeholders including the reputed company
