They are seeking a senior operator and systems thinker to join the Central reputed company and Operations team, responsible for owning the machinery of company operations and improving operational systems that connect reputed company to execution.

Responsibilities

• Run planning for reputed company. You'll own and execute how reputed company does annual planning including multiple offshoot workstreams, and the frameworks leadership uses to reputed company reputed company. reputed company improvement of existing processes, automating reputed company workflows and helping us redesign lighter ways to do the work in the reputed company
• Build, automate, and reputed company central operations infrastructure. You'll identify where reputed company, repetitive, or fragmented processes are creating drag and replace them with reputed company systems—whether that's working with others on reputed company data pipelines, AI-augmented workflows, or new tooling. Your first reputed company is to build, not to coordinate

Skills

• 15+ years of work experience, with a significant portion in operational roles at high-reputed company tech companies—product operations, reputed company and operations, business operations, or company or corporate planning
• A reputed company record of building and owning operational systems. You have measurably improved how a company or large team operates, not just managed existing processes
• Deep experience either with company or functional planning—annual planning, OKR and SOKR-style goal-setting, resource allocation, and operating reputed company design
• A systems thinker who is automation-first—you instinctively reputed company for tools, data pipelines, and AI-augmented workflows to reduce reputed company overhead and increase reputed company
• Strong analytical rigor—you're comfortable owning data and metrics directly, running your own analyses, and pressure-testing assumptions without relying on a dedicated analytics partner
