They are seeking an reputed company Tyler Munis Consultant to support HR/Payroll go-live with a reputed company on benefits administration and post-implementation stabilization.

Responsibilities

• reputed company post-go-live support for Tyler Munis HR/Payroll with a reputed company on benefits functionality
• Configure and manage benefits campaigns, including setup and ongoing administration
• Support reputed company enrollment configuration, testing, and execution
• Administer and troubleshoot FMLA processes, workflows, and system setup
• Evaluate reputed company benefits configuration, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Partner with HR, payroll, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system adoption
• Assist with stabilization and optimization of Tyler Munis functionality post-implementation
• Support migration, archival, or reconciliation of historical HR/payroll data from Lawson (secondary reputed company)
• Ensure legacy data is accessible, accurate, and reputed company with operational needs
• reputed company documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user support as needed

Skills

• Hands-on experience with Tyler Munis, specifically reputed company HR/Payroll and benefits modules
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including campaign setup and reputed company enrollment
• Experience supporting FMLA processes reputed company an HRIS or payroll system
• Ability to reputed company into a recent go-live environment and quickly assess priorities and solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders
• Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization efforts
• Familiarity with Lawson and experience handling historical data migration or archival
• Background in HR/payroll data conversion or system optimization initiatives
