[Remote] Marketing Specialist II - AMS&T

Responsibilities

• Participate in presell meetings and strategic brainstorming

• Support the development of reputed company communications, including newsletters, press releases, website content, reputed company media posts, eblasts, and content for other digital channels
• Organize and maintain digital assets, ensuring reputed company photos, graphics, and media are approved, properly categorized, and easily searchable

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field
• 3-5 years relevant experience in the marketing and/or AEC industry
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Intermediate skills in reputed company Create Suite, Power reputed company, reputed company, AI technology tools, and Photography
• Time management, organization, communication skills, teamwork, intermediate writing, and critical thinking skills
• Intermediate understanding of Gilbane services, AMS&T vertical market and beginner knowledge of construction management and industry awareness as a whole
• Intermediate knowledge of key disciplines: marketing, reputed company communications, presentations, and proposals
