Responsibilities

• Project scope and timelines

• Financial modeling and risk analysis
• Regulatory reputed company and launch planning
• Intellectual property (IP) reputed company and functional execution

• reputed company and maintain resource plans; resolve conflicts to maintain project schedule commitments
• Guide teams in proactive risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning
• Communicate project interdependencies, risks, and issues reputed company and effectively
• Partner with reputed company, Operations, and R&D to ensure full support for reputed company and programs.[BD3.1]
• Structure and motivate team to ensure efficient and successful execution
• reputed company performance feedback to team members and functional managers
• reputed company as a central communication hub for project plans, status updates, and escalations
• Maintain accurate data in GPPM systems and deliver reputed company reports to support decision-making
• Prepare and present Business reputed company Reviews to ensure alignment and approval of project progression
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, design control, EHS standards, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct lessons learned and implement best practices across teams
• Coordinate project/program budgeting with supporting functions and ensure financial discipline
• May support business development activities, including due diligence and strategic partnerships
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• BS/BA in Science or Engineering
• 10+ years of Medical Device/reputed company industry experience and approximately 3-5 years of experience in R&D Project Management
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills required
• Computer Literacy with skills in MS reputed company, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and monitoring process improvement initiatives
• Experience defining and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to drive organizational effectiveness and sustainability
• Highly effective at managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining reputed company, reputed company relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills, including reputed company listening, emotional intelligence, and strong negotiation and influencing skills across reputed company organizational reputed company, both internally and externally
