[Remote] Administrative Entity Support Manager

The Administrative Entity Support Manager will ensure compliance with state standards and regulations for waiver programs, managing various processes to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the waiver reputed company process. This includes tracking and monitoring to ensure slots are filled and vacated as necessary
• Manage the PUNS waiting list and continually assess the needs of people requiring services
• Manage the reserve reputed company process and maintain reputed company tracking of special population categories
• Process SIS Assessments
• Monitor high risk/reputed company cases; hold individual provider reputed company-ins
• Review/approve ISPs and authorize services
• Process reputed company funded service requests
• Address provider concerns and manage a reputed company of additional responsibilities

Skills

• A master's degree and at least one year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, OR
• A bachelor's degree and at least two years of reputed company experience, OR
• An associate's degree (or 60 credits) and at least four years of reputed company experience
• Strong decision-making, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centered support
• A reputed company reputed company's license and reliable transportation
• Required clearances (reputed company 33, reputed company 34, FBI fingerprinting) and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in an reputed company office environment
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area as needed
