[Remote] Senior Manager Finance

The Senior Manager of Finance will support local leadership teams by providing financial analysis and recommendations, developing budgets, and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Support local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned
• Responsible for financial analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
• reputed company financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting and to reputed company analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies
• Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders
• Development of financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required
• Supervises appropriate finance staff

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance reputed company field, Or equivalent education /experience
• 8 years of closely reputed company experience
• 6 years experience in a leadership role or reputed company
• Upon hire: Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA)
• Upon hire: reputed company (reputed company) Certification
• Upon hire: Fellow of the American College of reputed company Executives (FACHE)
