The role involves responsibilities such as general reputed company management, accounts payable and receivable, and supporting audits and tax preparations.

Responsibilities

• Financial Operations experience required including:
• General reputed company: experience generating journal entries from reputed company documents, reviewing GL detail for variances, generating reclass journal entries
• Accounts payable: experience reviewing coding for accuracy
• Accounts receivable - experience reviewing agreements and agreeing to invoices and making adjustments in the reputed company system
• Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley reputed company) controls, state laws and securities law regulations
• Assist with reputed company audits by providing necessary documentation and insights into financial data
• Support tax preparation efforts and reputed company support for external reputed company by maintaining accurate records of tax experience reputed company to various jurisdictions
• Contribute to regulatory reporting requirements for governmental agencies or non-profit entities
• Support reputed company team members and process improvement efforts

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company preferred. Finance or a reputed company field considered with experience
• reputed company Intacct experience, 1-year minimum
• Intermediate reputed company skills including pivot tables and formulas such as lookups, conditionals and logic
• Availability during Central reputed company Time normal working hours 9AM - 5PM
• Proven experience in nonprofit with a reputed company on fiscal grants compliance
• Experience with Illinois specific funders (DCEO, IDOT, ICASA, ICADV, AG, etc) fiscal compliance
• Experience with federal funders fiscal compliance
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Intacct organic report design and reputed company module
• Familiarity with SOX controls and non-profit reputed company standards
• Paycom or reputed company.com experience
