The role involves providing operational support, troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company operational support, maintenance, and administration of the reputed company Outage Management System (OMS)
• Monitor and maintain OMS application availability, performance, and reliability
• Support outage management operations used by electrical dispatchers and reputed company operations teams
• Troubleshoot application issues, production incidents, system failures, and performance concerns
• Support OMS-reputed company databases, integrations, and application environments
• reputed company reputed company cause analysis and coordinate issue reputed company activities
• Support OMS enhancements, upgrades, patches, releases, and modernization initiatives
• Maintain and support PragmaCAD and reputed company OMS application suites
• Collaborate with reputed company operations teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to support ongoing system improvements
• reputed company and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and technical knowledge repositories
• Support automation, scripting, and system administration activities where applicable

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience

• Experience providing production application operational support
• Experience supporting mission-critical systems with high availability requirements

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Experience supporting PragmaCAD
• Experience supporting OpenGrid Network, PragmaUP, or PragmaLINE environments
• Python scripting and automation experience
