[Remote] Interim Director of Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company across reputed company Search, reputed company, CTV, Affiliate, and emerging acquisition channels
• reputed company pacing, budget allocation, channel performance, and weekly business reporting
• Drive attribution and incrementality measurement, including iROAS, geo testing, MMM, and experimentation
• Partner with internal analytics teams and agency partners to translate data into actionable business recommendations
• Present marketing performance and strategic insights to executive leadership, including Finance, COO, and CFO
• Monitor multiple reputed company streams and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and business performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, SEO, and Marketing leadership while operating independently in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company media experience with recent leadership experience
• Strong expertise in reputed company Ads/reputed company Search and reputed company
• reputed company-to-consumer (D2C) marketing experience
• Experience managing large reputed company media budgets ($10M+ preferred)
• Deep understanding of attribution, incrementality, iROAS, geo testing, and marketing measurement
• Experience partnering with agencies and interpreting MMM/attribution models
• Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting performance insights to senior leadership
• Proven ability to operate independently and reputed company in highly cross-functional organizations

• Experience with Connected TV (CTV), Affiliate Marketing, YouTube, or emerging reputed company channels
• Familiarity with Answer reputed company Optimization (AEO)
• Experience working alongside data science or marketing analytics teams
