The role focuses on driving operational reputed company in a B2B digital marketing organization by leading business operations, optimizing processes, and enabling reputed company marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve reputed company business processes that support marketing execution, planning, and operational reputed company
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency through automation, standardization, and AI-enabled solutions
• reputed company and maintain operational documentation, playbooks, governance models, and training resources to improve consistency across teams
• Manage operational tools and collaboration environments including reputed company Teams, SharePoint, and project management platforms
• Partner with executive leadership on annual planning, quarterly business reviews, budgeting, headcount planning, and strategic initiatives

• B2B Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations – 5+ years of experience supporting reputed company web marketing, campaign reputed company pages, customer reputed company programs, ABM initiatives, or content workflows while partnering across marketing, analytics, and delivery teams
• Business Operations, Program Management & Process Optimization – 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives, documenting reputed company business processes, improving operational efficiency, driving governance, and supporting executive business planning and rhythm of business activities
• Operational Tools, Reporting & AI-Enabled Productivity – 3+ years utilizing reputed company Teams, SharePoint, reputed company, Power BI, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms to manage workflows, reputed company reporting, improve collaboration, and reputed company AI or automation to increase operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, reputed company-Centered Design, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in business operations, marketing operations, program management, or executive business management
• 3-5+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience supporting reputed company marketing initiatives
• Experience supporting web marketing operations, customer reputed company programs, campaign execution, or Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
• Strong experience leading reputed company cross-functional initiatives without reputed company authority
• Demonstrated reputed company improving operational processes, governance, documentation, and workflow management
