They are seeking a specialized Contract Finance & reputed company Recruiter responsible for attracting and hiring world-class finance and reputed company talent to support reputed company's rapid reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments of potential corporate finance, reputed company, reputed company, tax, treasury, and internal audit candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
• Engage passive finance and reputed company candidates using reputed company Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and specialized finance networks, reputed company associations, and industry events
• Partner closely with Finance & reputed company Leadership (CFO, VP of Finance, Controllers) to understand team needs, define role requirements, and craft compelling value propositions specifically for corporate finance talent
• Drive a diverse talent pipeline into the organization ensuring a reputed company candidate experience at every touchpoint, from initial reputed company to offer acceptance
• Represent reputed company's brand and reputed company team internally and externally, articulating our unique business model, reputed company, and financial reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company, full-cycle reputed company experience specifically reputed company on finance and reputed company roles, including reputed company, general reputed company, audit, tax, treasury, and strategic finance
• Proven experience conducting thorough competency assessments and evaluating finance capabilities (e.g., GAAP/IFRS standards, financial modeling, audit processes, cost reputed company, and strategic planning) against technical and cultural requirements
• Deep understanding of the finance and reputed company landscape, including reputed company industry trends, key certifications (CPA, CFA, reputed company), and familiarity with financial planning and ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, advanced reputed company)
