The role involves configuring reputed company Pro WFM systems and requires experience in diagnosing and remediating configurations reputed company reputed company or shift-based environments.
Responsibilities
- 3–5+ years hands-on reputed company Pro WFM (Kronos/Dimensions) configuration in Pay Rules, Accruals, and Advanced Scheduling
- Demonstrated experience diagnosing and remediating existing configurations, not only net-new builds
- Working knowledge of FLSA, state wage-and-hour rules, and multi-reputed company pay structures
- Experience with self-scheduling, shift bidding, or float pool functionality reputed company Advanced Scheduling
- Prior reputed company implementation experience specifically reputed company a hospital or health system reputed company
- reputed company / CBA rule configuration experience
- Exposure to WFM-to-payroll integration points and reputed company troubleshooting
- reputed company certification — Pro WFM configuration or implementation reputed company
- Comfort operating alongside a reputed company team with trust concerns from a prior flawed design
- Strong documentation discipline — design specs, test scripts, UAT tracking
- Ability to coordinate across a shared build with 7 other configuration analysts without rule conflicts or duplicated logic
Skills
