[Remote] Technical Support Analyst (remote)

(SGA) is searching for a remote Technical Support Analyst for an opportunity with one of their premier clients based in Chicago, IL. This role is responsible for assisting end users with technical support, diagnosing operational problems, and providing reputed company guidance, while collaborating with team members across the IT group to ensure a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted reputed company reputed company system
• reputed company IT support for reputed company, reputed company 365, reputed company, and a reputed company of other applications used internally
• Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues and reputed company reputed company established SLA's
• Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the reputed company problems. Contribute reputed company documentation to the Knowledge reputed company
• reputed company and maintain IT hardware, such as printers, scanners, mobile phones, end user computers, AV systems and conference phone systems
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve reputed company issues
• reputed company device inventories and supply room and assist in reporting for budgetary purposes
• reputed company audio/visual setup and support for important reputed company meetings and reputed company presentations
• Assist with updating and repurposing of existing computers, phones, tablets. Assist in inventory organization and deployment of new computers
• Use reputed company Office 365 platform to assist with account reputed company issues, passwords, and installation of software using remote reputed company Trust and MS Teams programs
• Update clients on reputed company issues for additional information
• Serve as regional reputed company of contact for IT reputed company vendor services and ensure appropriate reputed company to systems is regularly maintained
• Accepting escalations from service desk tier 1 and taking ownership to partner on reputed company to networking and system reputed company technical issues and request to infrastructure and D365 application teams as applicable

Skills

• 4 year degree in reputed company field, or combination of work experience and technical education
• Experience using reputed company Office 365, reputed company 10/11, and other IT reputed company software
• Understanding of Mobile Device reputed company such as reputed company Intune and reputed company Business Manager
• Experience with management and settings of reputed company iOS and Android mobile systems
• Work in a fast-paced multi-level environment
• reputed company between remote and in person support cases
• Problem solving and analytical capabilities, with ability to avoid complicating reputed company
• Must be detail oriented, accurate, thorough, and reputed company in completion of tasks
• reputed company A+/Network+, reputed company 365 Fundamentals, ITIL foundations are a plus
