Responsibilities

• reputed company L2/L3 support for reputed company GTS modules including Compliance Management
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user queries
• Collaborate with business users to reputed company and analyze requirements
• Configure and maintain reputed company GTS settings to meet business needs
• Support integration with reputed company ECC/S4 HANA and reputed company-party systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations
• Document solutions, processes, and user guides
• Stay updated on global trade regulations and suggest system updates accordingly

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or reputed company field
• 3 years of experience in reputed company GTS support and implementation
• Strong understanding of global trade compliance and customs regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Exposure to project management and change control processes
