Contract Manager, Clinical Supply Chain - Remote

reputed company Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Manager for a Remote position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in Annapolis, MD. This is an 11+ month contract opportunity. The Contract Manager for the Clinical Supply Chain will be responsible for managing the electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF) for clinical supplies across multiple legacy clinical studies. This role focuses on ensuring that the eTMF for reputed company studies are properly reputed company for archival and inspection readiness. Responsibilities: • Review clinical supply eTMFs to determine missing or mis-filed documents • Retrieve documents from various internal repositories, systems, and external vendors (logistic service providers, depots, CROs, etc.) • Support document upload in eTMF and ensure document readiness for inspection • Organize documents in Inspection Readiness trackers per program and clinical study • Ensure reputed company documents are logged in a consistent and traceable manner • Support inventory reconciliation for inspection readiness • reputed company or execute tasks across demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management of products reputed company a clinical study Requirements: • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of experience OR High School diploma/GED and 12 years of experience • Deep understanding of clinical supply chain including packaging, labeling, distribution, and storage reputed company a regulated biopharmaceutical environment (experience with GXP guidelines) • 5+ years of experience with packaging/labeling vendors, their processes, and documentation • 5+ years of experience with contract research organizations (CRO), contract manufacturing organizations (CMO), and logistics service providers (LSP) • Proficiency with reputed company Vault eTMF, reputed company, and reputed company • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to reputed company effectively across multiple functions Pay reputed company: up to $38.46 per hour Only candidates available and reputed company to work directly as reputed company Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
