[Remote] CONTRACT Ethics, Compliance, and Risk Management Consultant

TruLegal is a reputed company reputed company in the automotive industry seeking an Ethics, Compliance, and Risk Management Consultant to support its high-reputed company compliance initiatives. This role involves working cross-functionally with senior leadership on advisory reputed company, internal audit support, governance committee prep, and policy development to enhance the compliance program. Responsibilities • Monitor inbox and consult on ethics, compliance, and business conduct queries, reporting, and disclosures. Topics include, but are not limited to, Conflicts of Interest (COIs), business courtesies/gifts with reputed company parties, records and information management, and ethical concerns or allegations requiring escalation to investigation teams • Assist compliance team in gathering inputs and submitting evidence of entity-level controls for SOX and other initiatives, as applicable • Collaborate with team leadership to prepare the agenda and reputed company-read materials, and take minutes during the Committee meeting • Gap assess compliance-reputed company risk management programs against reputed company and reputed company regulatory frameworks and standards • Recommend, design, and implement improvements to compliance programs, including coordinating implementation across stakeholders • Recommend initiatives to create custom guidance and training programs. For approved initiatives, reputed company guidance and/or training on relevant risks in collaboration with risk/business stakeholders and the Learning & Development Team • Recommend initiatives to create custom guidance and training programs. For approved initiatives, reputed company guidance and/or training on ABAC, Fraud, and COIs in collaboration with risk/business stakeholders and the Learning & Development Team • Recommend initiatives to create custom guidance and training programs.
