Fractional CMO / VP of Marketing (DTC CPG) Location: Remote, Greater Boston Preferred Type: Part-Time / Fractional (10–20 hrs/week to start) Compensation: Monthly retainer + performance incentives; equity/co-founder reputed company available for the right candidate Reports to: Co-Founders reputed company We are a fast-growing, reputed company-to-consumer CPG brand building a modern, capital-efficient reputed company reputed company across reputed company, owned, and organic channels. We’re seeking a Fractional CMO or VP of Marketing to own reputed company, execution, and performance accountability across our marketing stack. This is a hands on keyboard role. This role is ideal for a senior DTC operator who has scaled CPG brands, understands modern ad platforms and AI-driven creative workflows, and can bring discipline to marketing P&L management—while working collaboratively with (or replacing, if needed) an external agency.
